At Nurture Edge Digital LLP, we encourage all Clients to gain complete clarity before purchasing any product or services. The decision to enroll is entirely voluntary and at the sole discretion of the client.. We do not engage in persuasive or coercive marketing tactics to buy our services.
All payments made towards any Service, Product or Service offered by Nurture Edge Digital LLP are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Applicants must ensure timely payment as per the communicated schedule. Failure to adhere to payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of enrollment without any refund.
Payments via cheque or demand draft or Online Transfers (Stripe, Paypal , Wise or Bank Transfers) must be drawn in favor of Nurture Edge Digital LLP only.
Nurture Edge Digital LLP reserves the right to update, modify, or change any rules, regulations, or program structures at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be binding upon all participants, and the latest version will always be considered applicable.
Clients are expected to maintain professional behavior and discipline towards timely payments to continue with the services.
Violation of any rules or misconduct may lead to immediate termination of services without refund.
It is mandatory to submit valid educational qualifications and government-issued ID/address proof (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID) prior to the commencement of any service or product. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.
Any such breach will lead to immediate expulsion without refund and may invite legal action.
In case of disputes, the matter will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Nurture Edge Digital LLP.
The jurisdiction for any legal matters shall be the courts within the registered district of Nurture Edge Digital LLP.
